He was having a “warmup” for his time trial at Hutt Park Raceway on Tuesday night Cardigan Bay went away 60 yards behind Royal Token, but was with that runner at the end of five furlongs. Soon after he went to the front and finished under a hold. He took 29sec for his first quarter, 59 l-ssec for the half-mile, Imin 29 4-ssec for the six furlongs and 28 3-ssec for the final quarter.
