Approval By Council (N.Z. Prttt Attn.—Copyright) VATICAN CITY, Nov. 21. The Ecumenical Council voted today to allow the full substitution of modem languages for Latin tn Roman Catholic baptisms, wedding and other sacraments, the British United Press reported. The council also approved the first three chapters of a document outlining a path for Christian unity as a basis for further discussion. The Christian unity document recognises the real working of Christ in nonRoman Catholic Christian churches and communities and opens the Roman Catholic Church for the first Ums to broad collaboration for reunion with them.
