West Coast.—Moderate northerly or westerly winds; weather cloudy and rather mild; scattered rain developing in south Westland. Outlook: occasional rain. Marlborough and Nelson.—Moderate variable winds, tending to northerlies about Cook Strait; weather partly cloudy and mild. Outlook: becoming cloudy.
