POSTER OF NUDE

Road Safety Scheme (N.2 Press Assn—CowtehXJ LINDON. November 20. A Road Safety Council wants to out out posters of a nude girl on a motor scooter to save lives. However, church authorities in Chingford. Essex, are firmly against the idea. The town’s Methodist superintendent the Rev. Harold Goldsack. said: "I think it is a disgusting drawing." He >s going to put a copy of the poster before the Chingford church council. The drawing is the brain child of Chingford's Road Safety Committee. It shows the back view of a nude girl wearing only a safety helmet riding a motor scooter. At the top of the poster; are the words: ’’But AL-i WAYS wear a helmet.” The committee believed the poster will appeal to, teen-agers.
