Cups Presented The president of the Canterbury Horticultural Society (Mr J. Watling) officially opened the Somerfleld Garden Club's annual show, and presented cups to the winners as follows: Premier rose (Johnson Cup), Mrs J. M. McKay; premier veegtable (Ward Cup), Mrs W. A. Hardie; premier cut flower (Hardie Cup), Mrs D. A. Wainman; premier decorative (Ivy Eddington Memorial Cup), Mrs K. O. Rickerby; decorative (Wyse trophy), Mrs J. Duncan; roses, Mrs J, M. McKay; vegetables, Mrs W. A. Hardie: cut flowers, Mrs W. A. Hardie; most points in show, Mrs W. A. Hardie 1, Mrs D. A. Wainman 2, Mrs J. Duncan 3.
