Moscow-New York Flight

WASHINGTON, Nov 1

Preeident Kennedy said yesterday he thought there was "a good chance ” thait the United States and the Soviet Union would agree to a direct air route between Moscow and New York.

An agreement was initialled in 1961, and there are still some technical matters to be discussed before the pact will be formally signed.
