put out a prospectus today for the issue of 24,000 ordinary £1 shares at par. The is-ue will open on Monday. The main purposes of the issue are to provide finance for the purchase of property, the erection of new premises and to provide additional working capital. The company intends to apply for stock exchange listing. The company’s financial year ends on June 30. The new ordinary shares will rank for dividend from December 1, 1963. The amount of interim dividend payable for the half year ending on December 31, 1963. will be one-sixith of the percentage declared on existing ordinary shares. After that the new shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
