Car Damages Two Houses
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Oct. 28. A big car heavily damaged two houses when it skidded out of control in New North road, Kingsland, at 9.10 a.m. today. The car bounded over the footpath and a low stone wall, smashed into house number 567, slewed around and buried its rear into the next-door house, 569. The occupants of the car were not hurt. There was noone in either of the houses.
An ounce of practice is worth a pound of preaching. —John Ray.
