Fire Destroys Caravan
A caravan owned by Mr J. Hume, of 41 Avonhead rood, was destroyed by fire test night. It was not occupied at the time and nobody was injured. Firemen from the headquarters and Sockburn stations answered toe alarm, given at 9.33 p.m. The caravan was burning fiercely and was alight from end to end when the firemen arrived.
