‘Arrival In Oran’ (N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) LONDON, Oct. 21 Cuban and Egyptian ships have delivered a big consignment of Russian tanks to strengthen the Algerian Army on the Moroccan frontier, the “Daily Telegraph” reported yesterday.

The newspaper’s special correspondent, Harold Sieve, said that according to diplomatic sources in Algiers, about 50 modern TH Russian tanks, as well as armoured cars and crated MiG fighters, had been unloaded in Oran during the last few days.
