(N .Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, October 22. Commonwealth countries provided £67 million during 1961-62 in capital loans, grants, and investments under the Commonwealth African Assistance Plan. This was £l5 million more than the previous year. The overseas services aid scheme applied by the plan covered 13,000 staff for the public services, at a cost of £l2 million, i The Commonwealth Economic Committee’s expenditure of £134,425 was less than the estimated amount of £143,153.
