(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, October 22. Wright Stephenson and Company, Ltd., is to take action to restore the preference dividend from 5 per cent to 5$ per cent, said the chairman. Mr C. U. Plimmer, at the annual meeting.

The dividend was reduced under the National Expenditure Adjustment Act, 1932. If the necessary sanctions are obtained from the Supreme Court and all classes of shareholders, the increased rate will be effective from January 1.
