Business Personal
Mr T. J. Chamberlain has been appointed to the board of directors of Kaiapoi Petone Group Textiles, Ltd., Christchurch, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Mr W. R. McCallum. Mr Chamberlain’s firm, Messrs Chamberlain, McKie and French, has consequently relinquished its appointment as joint auditors and the audit will be carried on by the remaining auditors, Messrs R. and C. C. Maddren.
Waitakl Farmers’ Div.—A Press Association report from Dunedin yesterday incorrectly reported the total dividend for the year as 11.35 per cent. This should have read 11.25 per cent. The dividend requirement is £7l, 302, not £65,358 as reported. —(P.A.).
