Nearly 200 To Attend Synod

Nearly 200 Anglican clergy and members of the laity are expected to attend the Synod of the Diocese of Christchurch to be held from Monday to Thursday of next week. The synod will be presided over by the Bishop of Christchurch (the Rt. Rev. A.

K. Warren). Bishop Warren will open the synod at 2.30 pjn. on Monday, sod a special synod service will be held in the Cathedral at 7.30 p.m. that day. The Bishop and Mrs Warren will hold a gander, party for those attending synod on Wednesday morning.
