Carrier Air Loss, No Dividend

Carrier Air Conditioning (Holdings), Ltd., incunred a net loss of £132,168 for the year ended June 30, and will not paj? a dividend for the Consolidated net profit for the previous year was £172,356 and dividend was 12* per cent The loss is after depreciation £108,260 (up £3283) and increased other charges, directors Saw in the preliminary report.
Williamson Jeffery.—The ordinary shares of Williamson, Jeffery. Ltd., will be ex rights to a two-for-one issue of registered unsecured notes of £1 each on September 27, not October 1 as advised at the end of August. The notes Will carry Interest at 6 per cent until June 30, 1956. when they will be converted into ordinary shares on the basis of four shares for five notes—(P.A.)
