Good Gains By Some New Zealand Shares
Some good gains were made by New Zealand shares in yesterdays stock exchange trading. Both New Zealand and overseas issues showed more rises than falls in a busier market. •> t * hristchurch Building, in first business since April 1, rose Is 3d to oils, Lane \V alker, trading for the first time since the bonus issue announcement, gained Is to 19s. Northern Steamship B, Donaghy B and Wilson and Horton B all moved up in sympathy with the old shares.
