Tests Mooted (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) LONDON, Sept 9. The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents is considering compulsory Ltes'ts for children riding bicycles. Under the plan children would have to pass tests to obtain a cycling licence before being allowed on public highways. Society officials have asked to meet members of the Hindley (Lancashire) Education Executive committee which last week passed a resolution urging compulsory tests for children up to a certain age.
