Mr A. G. R Bullen, assistant traffic engineer in the Transport Department. Wellington. has been awarded a fellowship by the International Road Federation, Washington. DC.—(P.A.) Dr. Werner von Bergen, an authority on wool processing, will visit New Zealand later in the year. He was chief che-nist tar the Forstmann Woollen Company in New Jersey for many years and was more recently with J P Stevens and Company. He is Ute author of the “American Wool Handbook" and he is preparing another edition of it during a stay in Australia where he has been for six months. In New Zealand he will visit woollen mills and will attend a conference of the Wool Industries Research Institute in November.
