(N Z.P .A.-Reuter— Copyright) LINSDALE
(Buckinghamshire), Sept. 9. The tenth man to be arrested after the travelling post office robbery—James Hussey, a 30-year-old painter —was today charged in court with being concerned with other persons, as yet unknown, and armed with instruments, in robbing Frank Dewhurst, the man in charge of the Glasgow-Lon-don mail train of £2,631,784, the property of the Post-master-General on August 8. Hussey was remanded in custody until tomorrow, when he is due to appear with nine other persons who are also on remand on charges connected with the robbery.
A detective told the court today that Hussey, when arrested, said: “I had nothing to do with it. I do not know Buckinghamshire at all.”
