Registered Mail Stolen

(N.Z. Pre** Association) AUCKLAND, Sept 10. A youth who stqle money from registered letters when he worked as a postal assistant at Newmarket was ordered to pay fines, costs and restitution amounting to £209 by Mr L. G. H. Sinclair. S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland today. He was Robert James Arthur Taylor, aged 19, who pleaded guilty to 12 charges of theft of cash amounting to £l3l, the property of the Postmaster-General.
