Powley Estate Decision (NJZ. Press Association) DUNEDIN. Sept. 2. Judgment for the defendants. the executors and trustees of the estate of Gertrude Maude Powley, was given by Mr Justice Henry in a reserved decision delivered in the Supreme Court today. Thomas Edward Roff, a Christchurch company director, last week claimed provision out of the estate of Miss Powley, who died in 1960 leaving a net estate of about £83,000. The claim was against Robert Charles Benjamin Greenslade, Norman William Allan, and Roff, all of whom were executors and trustees under the will. Mr J. C. Robertson appeared for the trustees and Mr J. G. Leggat, of Christchurch, for Roff in his claimant capacity.
