(N Z.P~A-Reuter—Copyright) TAMPERE (Finland), Sept 1. H. Anderson, of New Zealand. yestehday clinched th* world 125 c.e. motor-cycle championship with a win at the Finland Grand Pnx at Tampere. Luigi Tavert, of Switzerland, was runner-up. Anderson won the Tampere event of about <2 miles and a half by nearly a minute and a half from Tavert.
