Two Easy Wins To Canterbury The Canterbury table tennis team easily beat the New Zealand Universities’ touring team by the wide margin of 27 matches to 1 this week. This was Canterbury's eleventh win in 12 matches this season. It was never in danger of defeat, and only conceded one men's doubles. The South Island women’s team, which is also the Canterbury side, retained Its unbeaten record in winning by 12 matches to 0. Results u’ere: — Men’s Matches J. Armstrong beat B.
