Intention In France (Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, August 27. The French Government has ordered a committee to prepare a code of the sea for owners of sailing boats and motor-boats, says the “Daily Telegraph.” , Under the code, , which should become official by the end of the year, a “driving licence” will be necessary for ail yachtsmen and owners of motor-boats. The licence will be issued free after an oral examination. .
