An office block for organisations and professional men, to be known as Armagh Court, is planned for this section. On the adjoining property, work is proceeding on a car-parking building for Amuri Motors. Ltd. Beyond, on the far side of Durham street, are the old Provincial Council buildings. In the distance is the Government Life Insurance Office's new building in Cathedral square, with the top of the Cathedral spire showing above it.
