MWF CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY BY-LAW NO. 46 (AERODROME) 1963 Public Notice Is Hereby Given that the Christchurch City Council at a Special Meeting held in the City Council Chamber, 194 Manchester street, Christchurch, at 830 p.m., on Monday, the nineteenth day of August. 1963. passed a resolution to make a by-law the short title of which will be “The Christchurch City By-law No 46 (Aerodrome) 1963.” This bylaw shall be read together with and form part of the Christchurch City By-law No. 1. The object or purport of the proposed by-law is the general control of and the regulation of: (a) The use of the land, structures. and other property vested in or controlled by the council in the area at Harewood used as and for the Christchurch International Airport as delineated in an aerodrome plan there available for public inspection, and (b) The conduct of persons on the aerodrome by provisions covering General Matters Motor-vehicles Aircraft Security and Operation Fire Provisions Making of Regulations. It is Hereby Further Publicly Notified that the foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Christchurch City Council to be held in the City Council Chamber, situated as aforesaid at 8 p.m. on Monday, the sixteenth day of September, 1963, for confirmation by way of Special Order and that -a full copy of the said proposed by-law is deposited at the office of the Christchurch City Council. 194 Manchester street.
