FISHERMAN DROWNED
Body Found Under Wharf
(NZ Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 25 The body of a 70-yeer-old commercial fisherman was found in 10 feet of water underneath the Waiters wharf at 4.40 p.m. today. He was-
Henry Junes McKain. of 15 Hutchins street, Waitara. He had been missing since 9 o’clock this morning.
It is thought Mr McKain slipped when climbing on to his launch and fell into the river.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances.
