Fires Tribunal Abolished
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 22. The Fires Appeal Tribunal is abolished by the Forest and Rural Fires Amedment Bill introduced in Parliament today. The bill provides that the appeals shall in future lie in the Magistrate's Court.
