(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) WASHINGTON, August 19. The Defence Department would soon modify nearly all it: 700 852 bombers, a spokesman said today. Bulkheads and some technical equipment will be altered at a cost of 123,000 doL tors for each plane. A structural weakness which was believed to have caused the crash of at least two ot the bombers would be remedied, the spokesman said.
