UNION FUND REPAYMENT

Order Against Secretary (N Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. August 21. Mr J. F. Taylor, secretarytreasurer of the Auckland branch of the North Island Electrical Workers’ Union, has been ordered to pay the union £75 under the terms of a decision given today by Mr R. K. Davidson, Q.C., the arbitrator in a dispute between Mr Taylor and the union. Mr Davidson said tonight he had ordered that Mr Taylor should repay the £75 of union funds which he used last year to produce two electioneering pamphlets.
