Record Earnings Last Year (N.Z. Press Assn.— Cotryriohl) MELBOURNE August 19 Repco. Ltd., Australia’s biggest manufacturer of automotive parts and equipment has lifted ordinary dividend from 11 2-3 per cent to 15 per cent. 1716 company’s profit rose 26 per cent, to a record level, in the year to June 30. The profit was lifted from last year’s £1.452,372 to the new peak of £1,828.933. Trading Conditions In today's report to the stock exchange, the directors say that trading conditions were consistently good throughout the year. The consolidated profit was after a tax provision increased from £912,220 to £1,114,597. It is also after depreciation up from £630.253 to £694,967. -The final dividend has been lifted from 6 2-3 per cent to 8 1-3 per cent—the interim was raised from 5 per cent to 6 2-3 per cent.
