Mr T. N. Skelton has been appointed to the board of McKendrick Consolidated Industries, Ltd., and the McKendrick Glass Manufacturing Company, Ltd., as finance director. He was previously group finance controller and. before that, was for many years group secretary. K.D.V. Dividend.—KD.V. Industries Ltd., timber merchant, box and package manufacturer of Auckland, has declared a steady annual dividend of 10 per cent., pavable October 11. ex dividend September 27.
