Jury Disagrees In Drug Trial
(NZ. Press Association) AUCKLAND, August 16. After a retirement of almost seven hours, a jury in the Supreme Court at Aucklt-nd tonight disagreed in the trial of Colleen Joy Paterson, aged 23, married, who faced Charges concerning mari’uena Mr Justice Woodhouse ordered a new trial Paterson had pleaded not guilty to two charges of posfcasing the drug and to one charge at supplying Joseph Whbehead. then under *he a-se of 21.
