The main attraction will be the Diavolos, of which more is said elsewhere in this feature.

They will be ably supported by a variety of entertainments from all parts of New Zealand—some old friends, and some newcomers.

The Ventrino Puppets (Punch and Judy) will be another regular attraction, as will the well-known magician, The Great Benyon. The television show, “Have a Shot,” will be presented from Canterbury Court on Tuesday, August 20, and Tuesday, August 27.

Each session of entertainment —afternoon and evening—will be opened by an overture on the Lowney electronic organ, by Mr A. Peak. Other musical features will be provided by the Woolston Band, the Christchurch Ladies’ Pipe Band. Derry’s Brass Band, the Metropolitan Fire Brigade Brass Band, the Caledonian Pipe Band, the Sumner Brass Band, the Metropolitan Pipe Band, the Woolston Auxiliary Brass Band, the North Canterbury Caledonian Pipe Band, the New Brighton Pipe Band, the New Brighton Brass Band, the Ellesmere Pipe Band, the Rangiora Brass Band, the Lyttelton Brass Band, and the Javelins Rock Band for the swingers.

A special attraction to-
