BATTERY SAVER
A device to prevent car batteries from becoming run down has been announced in Germany. Demands made by radio, heaters, starter-motor, win-dow-winder and so on are divided into two groups: essential and non-essential. The device, which is attached to the battery, cuts out all non-essential circuits whenevei- the density of the electrolyte falls below a certain level. A warning light informs the driver.
