Broadcasting Loss
(N.Z. Press Assn—Copyright) ' CANBERRA, August 14 The Australian Broadcast- 1 ing Commission will have a deficit of £1,323.000 this year on its television and radio services. Accounts presented with the Budget show that the commission’s revenue from licence fees and advertising is estimated at £14.380.000 The cost of services will be £ 15.703,000. The deficit will be made up by taxation. For the year just closed, the loss on A.B.C. services was £481,000.
