Boxer To Be Sent Home

AUCKLAND. Aug. 1 The Immigration Department is looking for the boxer, George Mahoni, to send him back to Tonga because he has not fought in Auckland for almost 12 months Maihoni came to New Zealand on a bond which entitled him to remain here only as long as the Auckland Boxing Association was arranging bouts for him. An eye operation has kept him out of the ring since late last year.
