IN2 Press Assn. —topynght) LONDIN. July 29 E. R. Dexter will captain England in the fifth test against the West Indies next month for the last time in the view of observers. Dexter has made no announcement he will be unable to lead the fight for the Ashes against Australia next year. The deciding factor is his decision to enter politics in time to stand at the next Gener 1 Election. On Wednesday he will seek immediate adoption as the Conservative candidate for the Cardiff electorate.
