Birth Book Ban Raised
(N.Z.P A -Router—Copyright) CANBERRA, July 24 The Minister for Customs Senator N H. D. Henty, tonight lifted the recent ban on the book “Childbirth Without Paun.’’ which had formerly been on genera) sale in Australia for many years The book, by Dr and Mrs P Vellay. describes and illustrates French and Russian painless birth methods The Health Department recommended the ban but Senator Henty said tonight he was satisfied the book was "just like other medical textbooks.”
