MELBOURNE
Some key stocks eased, but over-all moves were small with rises in excess of falls on the Melbourne Stock Exchange yesterday. Ducon Industries highlighted with a jump of 12s to 31s 6d on the announcement of a take-over offer from Plesseys, U.K., of 33s for each share. B.H.P. were down 6d to 55s 6d.
