Cash, Bonus Issues (NX. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July T 9. The directors of Booth Otago Freezing Company, Udn Balclntha, propose a two-for-five stare tame at a premtam. and a bohus tame in the same ratto. The cash ' issue will be made at a premium of 2s dd per £1 share. The two issues will increase paid capital from £250,000 to £450,000. The bonus issue will be financed from a - revaluation of aasets.
Maintenance of last year’s 10 per cent, dividend on the increased capital would require £45.000. Profit in the year ended August 31, 1962, was £66,188. The cash issue will be underwritten by Forsyth, Barr and Company, members of file Dunedin Stock Exchange.
