Ferrymead Sale Today
The historic Ferrymead property in Heathcote will be auctioned today The old building, originally a hotel, and about 12 acres of land are being sold on behalf of two owners.
The building am’ about two acres and three-quarters of land are being sold on account of the estate of Annie Shearman, the sole beneficiary of which is Mrs D M. Clephane. The other lot, about nine acres of land used for market gardening is being auctioned on account of Mr L. Shearman, who has been the occupier of the house for many years
