a.m. today without a break would meet again at 10 ajn. today “to tie up loose ende.” The Malayan Deputy-Prime Minister, Tun Abdul Razak, said after the meeting that he would send a jnessage to his Prime Minister. Tunku Abdul Rahman, in Kuala Lumpur asking him to fly to London The Malayan Prime Minister would be coming to London if an agreement is finally reached here to sign it in the next few days. Virtual agreement came after Tun Razak. Mr Lee and the Colonial Secretary, Mr Duncan Sandys, had solved last-minute hitches over key financial issues and a common
market for the Malaysia area. Malaysia is due to be formed on August 31 and will be composed of Malaya, Singapore, British North Borneo, Sarawak and Brunei. The Sultan at Brunei is already in London for the talks. The Malayan and Singapore delegates, looking tired but smiling and happy, came out after dawn had broken from the Con .onwealth Relations in Whitehall. Tun Razak and Mr Lee spoke tn reporters standing side by side. Mr Lee said that all the main points had been resolved.
