The Malayan and Singapore delegates, looking tired but smiling and happy, came out after dawn had broken from the Con .onwealth Relations in Whitehall. Tun Razak and Mr Lee spoke tn reporters standing side by side. Mr Lee said that all the main points had been resolved.
