MAN FOUND DYING

Investigations By Police (NJ). Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 1. Detectives today were inquiring into the disappearance of a cum of money supposed to have been in the possession of a man who died of head injuries in Auckland Hospital on Saturday. He was Kenneth Arthur Louis Timperley, aged 48, a contractor, of 29 Halesowen avenue. Mount Albert. Mr Timberley was found unconscious in Basque road. Mount Eden, by a taxidriver early on Saturday morning. He died in hospital a few hours later without regaining consciousness. The head of the Auckland C. 1.8., Detective Chief Superintendent H. M Holmes, said it was not known how Mr Timperley received his injuries.
