Water Rates as follows : (a) On all lands and dwellinghouses to which water is supplied, a Rate of ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SIX-SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIFTHS (138-625 ths) OF A PENNY IN THE POUND on Capital Value: provided that, if that rate would produce less than one pound in respect of any such land or dwelling-house, a rate of not more than one pound may be made and levied (b) On al! lands and dwellinghouses to which wetter can be but is not supplied, situate within one hundred yards from any part of the waterworks, a Rate not exceeding half of the rates mentioned in paragraph (a) above. (c) On all buildings other than dwelling-houses, a Rate not exceeding half of the rates mentioned in paragraph (a) above.
