ANNULMENT OF BANKRUPTCY

An annulment of bankruptcy was granted to Charles Frederick Harvey in the Supreme Court by Mr Justice Wilson. Harvey was represented by Mr G. W. Alexander. The Official Assignee (Mr O. T Gratton) offered no opposition. His Honour said that it was obvious that the bankrupt had acted a little too hastily without full consideration of the alternatives open to rum.
