Bequests to se*ven charities •re made in the will of Augusta Louisa Cailick, who died in Christchurch last month. Probate of the will was granted in the Supreme Court at under £22.000. Bequests of £lOO each are made to the Cantetiiury and Westland branch of the Crippled Children Society, the New Zealand Institute for the Blind, the Nurse Maude District Nursing Association. the South Island (Methodist Orphanage in Harewood road, and the Methodist Wesley Lodge. The residuary estate is divided equally among the Canterbury and Westland branch of the Crippled Children Society, the New Zealand Institute for the Blind, the Methodist Wesley Lodge, the Leper's Trust Board, and the Christchurch branch of Heritage.
