SYDNEY. June 29. The New Zealand Rugby Leaaue team has attraetM larger crowds and will make more money than the previous record-breaking tour of Australia in 1959.
Already the tourists have grossed £57,200, only £390 less than in 1959.
The Kiwis’ share of £28,900 is only £l9O short of what they received after that tour.
Mere are two more games to be played—the third test on Saturday and a match against It. George's on Tuesday.
Both games are expected to draw about M.SM to each and gate receipts would be around £l2-14900.
A total of 206,000 have seen the Kiwis play tit their first 14 matches. Total attendances in 19M were 2U.M9.
