21 Blamed For Killing Watchman

MONTREAL, June 12.
Fifteen alleged members of the terrorist Quebec Liberation Front (F.L.Q.) and six other persons not in custody—one of them a woman—were today found criminally responsible for the bomb-death of a nightwatchman.
Mr J. Ducros. representing the Crown, said arraignments will be sought as soon as possible He declined to specify changes "until the transcript of the evidence has been examined.”
The jury's verdict was by a majority of tour to one Tlie Coroner (Mr M. Trahan* ordered Gabriel Hudon. aged 19. and Jaqgues Girous. aged 20, brought Joe-fore him. He sentenced each to a month in prison for refusing to testify. Their «entencing brought to four the number gaoled on this ground. Two others were ordered to be gaoled yesterday. Court. Mr Justice Sabounn rejected a petition to halt She inquest The petition was lodged by nine lawyers on behalf of one of the 15 persons held as material witnesses for the inquest One lawyer, Mr D Dansereau, said he and his colleagues would meet to consider action.
The lawyers ouglz. to suspend the inquest after they were told by the Coroner they could not make statements ait the inquest. The inquest was on the death of Wilfred Vincent O'NeiH. who was killed when a bomb exploded behind the army recruiting centre in Montreal where he was working on April 20.
