TRAINING AS LEADERS

Course For 60 Life Boys

More than 60 Life Boys’ leaders from all over New Zealand will attend the annual training course at Tyndale House, Christchurch during the week-end. A guest instructor at the course will be Sister Margaret Reid, field secretary of the New Zealand Council for Christian Education.

Sports, services, specialised instructiqn in drama and music, panel discussions, and instruction in handicrafts, observation, physical activities, and Bible knowledge will all be included in the intensive three-day course. These will centre bn the “four-square” training system—educational, social, spiritual, and physical well-being. The New Zealand Life Boys’ director (Mr B. Young) will be host at the course, which will be visited on Sunday by the Mayor (Mr Manning).
